The team is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, transforming, and deriving insights from large-scale data using Databricks and modern data stack technologies. You will design and execute data pipelines using SQL and PySpark on Databricks, leveraging Unity Catalog for data governance and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data models and perform exploratory analysis.
- Deliver actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Optimize queries on SQL Warehouses to enhance performance.
- Integrate external APIs as necessary to enrich data sources.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and PySpark.
- Experience with Databricks and Unity Catalog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various teams.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
