About this role
The team is seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to manage master data, ensure data quality, and support reporting and analysis initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the reporting environment, identifying and revising reporting requirements, and providing technical expertise in data management. You will work with confidential data, train end-users, and contribute to data integrity efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage master data, including its creation, maintenance, and deletion.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across various databases and reporting tools.
- Oversee the reporting environment and identify necessary reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise in data management and analysis.
- Train end-users on data tools and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
