The team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, or NCR. This role is pivotal in helping organizations navigate the complexities of the financial services industry through data-driven insights and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services sector.
