The team is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain BI solutions using tools such as Micro Strategy, Looker, and Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant reports.
- Design and implement data models and database structures to support analytical needs.
- Utilize programming languages such as Python, XML, and JavaScript to automate data processes and enhance data quality.
- Conduct data mining and segmentation techniques to improve customer targeting and business strategies.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze datasets and provide recommendations based on findings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- 5 years of proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
- 3 years of experience with BI solutions and databases, particularly SQL.
- Strong technical experience in data models, database design development, and ETL frameworks.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
