The team is seeking a Data Analyst to join their operations team. This role centers on extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from ERP systems to support production, inventory, quality, and finance functions within a ceramics manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will combine domain knowledge of manufacturing with technical ERP and analytics expertise to enable data-driven decisions, improve process efficiency, and support ERP optimizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and transform data from ERP systems for analysis.
- Analyze data to support production, inventory management, quality assurance, and finance functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Assist in the optimization of ERP systems to enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and data management practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
