About this role
The team is seeking a Data Analyst with a strong background in business intelligence and data management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating the Group’s data into actionable insights, focusing on customer and factory operations data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to customer/stakeholder interactions and factory operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements.
- Work with ERP/CRM data, preferably with experience in SAP SD/MM or equivalent.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with BI/dashboarding tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, particularly SAP.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience:
- 4-7 years of overall experience in data analysis or related fields.
