The team is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to perform analytical tasks and initiatives on large datasets to support data-driven business decisions and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with the ability to derive insights that can influence strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the data gathering, data mining, data processing, and data modeling for large datasets.
- Process, cleanse, and verify datasets used for analysis.
- Lead requirement definition and scope of data analyses.
- Present and report possible business insights to management using data visualization technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data processing and cleansing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
