The team is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying the data necessary to answer critical business questions and measure key performance indicators (KPIs). You will create and maintain accessible data sets that support various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and gather data required to address business inquiries and assess KPIs.
- Create and maintain accessible data sets for diverse business applications.
- Perform data exploration and cleansing activities, ensuring data quality and recommending enhancements.
- Describe, document, and visualize data sets, including the development or updating of reports and dashboards.
- Track the usage of published data assets and provide insights on their effectiveness.
- Engage regularly with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams to complete data-related projects and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of data management and cleansing practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders across various functions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
