About this role
The team is seeking a Cybersecurity Practice Lead to drive the strategic vision and growth of their Cyber Security Practice. This role involves collaborating closely with the Practice Head to establish a long-term technology roadmap and annual objectives. The ideal candidate will lead pre-sales and proposal efforts for security engagements and act as the primary contact for sellers and client partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive long-term vision for the Cyber Security Practice.
- Lead pre-sales activities and create compelling proposals for security projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the team to understand their business challenges.
- Translate client business problems into practical cybersecurity solutions.
- Drive growth of the Security practice through account management and service differentiation.
- Develop accelerators and intellectual property to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on security initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, with a focus on practice development.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Experience with pre-sales processes and proposal development in a cybersecurity context.
- Familiarity with current cybersecurity technologies and trends.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
