The team is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Engineer to join their expanding Identity and Access Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Cybersecurity and will be responsible for collaborating with experts in access control, directory services, and compliance reporting to implement consistent automation tools for managing employee data and access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security automation and orchestration processes.
- Develop and implement identity and access management solutions.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to access control.
- Conduct compliance reporting and audits to ensure adherence to security policies.
- Design and maintain documentation for identity management processes and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Cybersecurity, specifically in Identity and Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of security automation tools and orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with access control methodologies and directory services.
- Experience with compliance frameworks and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity and Identity Management.
