About this role
The team is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer specializing in Product Cybersecurity. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting ongoing cybersecurity assessments of products to ensure compliance with established cybersecurity standards and technical controls. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and recommend best practices to meet compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cybersecurity assessments of products to evaluate compliance with standards.
- Advise product managers and engineering teams on cybersecurity best practices.
- Create awareness and training materials regarding cybersecurity standards and controls.
- Develop and recommend strategies to enhance product security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into product development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards, and frameworks.
- Experience with security assessments and compliance audits.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on product security.
