The team is seeking a curious, collaborative, and impact-driven Cyber Security Engineer to help strengthen and scale their cloud security capabilities. In this role, you will unleash the potential of people and organizations by powering secure, resilient systems that enable social impact. As a cloud and endpoint subject matter expert, you will enhance the cloud security posture while partnering across teams to deliver solutions that are both secure and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security measures to protect cloud environments and endpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver secure solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
- Monitor security incidents and respond to security breaches effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to enhance security practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on cloud security.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security best practices.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
