About this role
The team is seeking a seasoned, hands-on Cyber Security Consultant to lead a strategic engagement in Noida (NCR) on a hybrid basis. This role is not a routine audit or business-as-usual position, but rather a pivotal opportunity to enhance the team security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the current cybersecurity environment and identify areas for improvement.
- Challenge existing security controls and recommend enhancements.
- Design a pragmatic Zero Trust security architecture tailored to the team needs.
- Establish an institutional-grade security program that aligns with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of security initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting with a focus on strategic engagements.
- Strong knowledge of Zero Trust principles and security frameworks.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and security control assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on consulting and advisory services.
