The team is seeking a Cyber Security Business Leader to drive strategic initiatives in cybersecurity as a key growth pillar. This role involves developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies that align with business objectives, while also providing executive advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of cybersecurity strategies and consulting services.
- Oversee cloud security initiatives and identity access management (IAM).
- Drive the implementation of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions.
- Champion the Zero Trust framework and SOC transformation projects.
- Enhance cyber resilience through innovative managed security services.
- Integrate AI security measures into existing frameworks.
- Manage alliances and partnerships to foster business growth.
- Develop go-to-market strategies that align with industry trends and client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity strategy and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and SOC transformation.
- Familiarity with MDR/XDR, Zero Trust, and cyber resilience concepts.
- Experience in practice management and business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on executive advisory.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and business leadership roles.
