The team is seeking a skilled Fintech Solution Architect to play a key role in solution delivery. The Solution Architect will be responsible for translating complex, cross-functional business requirements into a technical roadmap. This position serves as a vital liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring that solutions align with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and communicate the technical roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
- Work closely with technology experts and shared services teams to design efficient systems.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and meet regulatory compliance standards.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to implementation.
- Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams to bridge any gaps in understanding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the fintech domain.
- Strong understanding of various technologies, including cloud services, APIs, and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in fintech.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, preferably in the financial technology sector.
