The team is seeking a Customer MDM Architect to join their team in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in enhancing the management of customer data to support their mission of simplifying self-care for consumers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) strategies for customer data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
- Develop data governance policies and procedures to maintain high-quality customer data.
- Analyze data requirements and create data models to support business needs.
- Lead MDM projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and best practices on MDM tools and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience with MDM solutions and tools (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG).
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Proficiency in data modeling and database design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data management or related fields, with a focus on customer data.
