The team is seeking a Customer Master Data Senior Analyst to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the migration of customer master data from MDT SAP to MiniMed S/4HANA. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout the migration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the customer master data migration project, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of data.
- Act as the guardian of data quality, ensuring every record is complete and adheres to set standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs.
- Develop and implement processes for data validation and cleansing.
- Provide training and support to team members on data management best practices.
- Monitor data quality metrics and report on progress to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data management, preferably in a customer master data role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, particularly MDT SAP and S/4HANA.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in data migration tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
