Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients using our procurement platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using .NET and C# to meet client-specific needs.
- Conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues related to SQL databases and application functionality.
- Deliver training and documentation to clients to ensure effective use of the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in .NET, C#, and SQL programming.
- Proven ability to work with cloud-based applications and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in application engineering or technical support.
