About this role
The team is scaling its academic offerings and is seeking expert Contract Curriculum Developers / Instructional Designers to build institutional-grade courseware for new programs. The focus will be on three tracks: Diploma in Cyber Security, Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing and Development, and Advanced Diploma in Professional Interior Design and Decoration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive digital learning packages for each assigned module.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Design engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet educational standards.
- Implement assessment strategies to measure learner outcomes effectively.
- Revise and update course materials based on feedback and emerging trends in the industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in higher education.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online teaching platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
