About this role
The team is seeking an experienced CRM D365 Field Service / Power Platform Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service solutions.
- Build C# plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, and implement business logic within Dynamics 365.
- Create reusable PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls using TypeScript and React.
- Design and implement Power Automate workflows and automate business processes.
- Develop and maintain Azure Functions for serverless processing and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service.
- Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) development.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and business process automation.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions and serverless architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in CRM development and customization.
