- Engage in training and development initiatives to enhance the skills of both Full-Time and Freelance writers.
- Motivate team members to pursue continuous self-development and improvement in their craft.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content development and management.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in training and developing content writers.
Experience: 5-8 years in content development or related fields.
