Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect contact center solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and platforms that align with best practices in the industry.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on new systems and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in contact center architecture and solution design.
- Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, including ACD, IVR, and CRM integrations.
- Proficiency in cloud-based solutions, preferably with experience in AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in contact center solutions architecture or a related field.
