The team is seeking an experienced Consultant specializing in Data Lake and ETL testing to join their Professional Services team. This role involves collaborating with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurers globally to design, implement, and optimize critical solutions on the Guidewire platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on cloud and AI-enabled delivery, contributing to the transformation of service execution to enhance customer value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data lake architectures and ETL processes to support business needs.
- Conduct thorough testing of ETL workflows to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data lake architecture and ETL testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data management concepts and practices.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on teamwork.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data engineering or consulting roles, particularly in the insurance sector.
