- Proven experience in designing and implementing CMDB solutions, preferably using ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and configuration management processes.
- Proficiency in automation tools and AI technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a complex environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in CMDB architecture or related fields.
