The team is seeking a Competitive Programming Expert to join as a Freelance AI Trainer. This role involves creating competitive programming problems and developing automatic graders that will be used to train advanced AI coding models. As a key contributor, you will work on project-based assignments aimed at testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems for leading tech companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop competitive programming problems that challenge AI models.
- Write comprehensive test cases to evaluate the effectiveness of AI coding solutions.
- Collaborate with a team of AI specialists to enhance the training process of AI systems.
- Analyze and refine existing problems and grading systems based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Participate in discussions to brainstorm innovative approaches to AI training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in competitive programming with proven experience in problem creation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and coding models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in competitive programming or related fields.
