CoE Lead - Hybrid Cloud Transformation

The team is seeking a CoE Lead for Hybrid Cloud Transformation to head the Datacenter Infrastructure and Cloud Center of Excellence. This pivotal role involves leading the Infrastructure Services CoE for datacenter and multi-cloud offerings across various customers. The CoE Lead will be accountable for portfolio definition, go-to-market strategies, pre-sales support, partner ecosystem management, delivery frameworks, and expert escalation for complex accounts, ensuring profitable growth and high customer satisfaction in infrastructure and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the CoE strategy and portfolio, influencing P&L outcomes.
• Oversee the definition and execution of go-to-market strategies for hybrid cloud offerings.
• Provide pre-sales support and collaborate with sales teams to drive customer engagement.
• Manage the partner ecosystem to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Establish delivery frameworks that ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex and red accounts, providing expert guidance and solutions.

• Proven experience in leading cloud transformation initiatives, particularly in hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure and multi-cloud architectures.

Experience:
