About this role
The team is seeking a COE Lead for AIOPS, Automation, Tools, and Observability to head their Center of Excellence. This role is pivotal in driving automation, monitoring, and AIOps solutions across all service lines. The successful candidate will own the portfolio, develop go-to-market offerings, and establish delivery frameworks while building skills and capacity within the team. Additionally, this position supports sales and pre-sales efforts and engages with partner ecosystems, providing senior technical leadership for complex transformations and critical accounts in the automation and observability domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Center of Excellence for automation, observability, and AIOps.
- Own the portfolio and develop go-to-market strategies for solutions.
- Establish and maintain delivery frameworks for AIOps and automation services.
- Build and enhance team skills and capacity in relevant technologies.
- Support sales and pre-sales activities, engaging with clients and partners.
- Provide technical leadership for complex transformation projects and red accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in AIOps, automation, and observability solutions.
- Strong understanding of automation tools and frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and monitoring tools.
