About this role
The team is seeking a Cloud Windows Infrastructure Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for their Windows estate, which powers a multi-client managed services platform hosted on AWS. This role requires a deep understanding of Windows Server operations and the ability to manage complex environments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Oversee Active Directory, IIS, hybrid identity, Group Policy, and PowerShell configurations.
- Implement and manage certificate services within the Windows ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with AWS cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Windows Server administration and operations.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, IIS, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Windows infrastructure engineering or a related field.
