The team is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Presales Executive to support their sales team in understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable technology solutions. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between customer needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the sales process is informed and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer discussions to gather technical requirements and understand their needs.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) sessions to showcase solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop effective solutions.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with comprehensive and tailored responses.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical presales or similar role, ideally within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience working with sales teams and understanding the sales process.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in technical presales or a related field.
