About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Cloud/Platform Architect (SRE) to join their team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and implementation of cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across various platforms. You will work closely with Equity Partners to enhance their proprietary operating model, leveraging advanced technologies to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full architectural control of CI/CD processes and infrastructure.
- Design and implement observability solutions to monitor system performance.
- Develop standards and best practices for event streaming infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new acquisitions into the existing architecture.
- Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud services.
- Utilize agentic AI platform to refine operational processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with observability tools and event streaming technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in cloud architecture and SRE practices.
