About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Cloud Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure. You will focus on technologies such as Terraform, Kubernetes, GitOps/ArgoCD, CI/CD, GitLab, and Ansible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and delivery of applications.
- Maintain high standards of reliability, security, and scalability in cloud environments.
- Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud infrastructure and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as GitLab.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cloud operations or systems engineering.
