The team is seeking a Cloud Modernization Tech Lead for Applications and Databases to oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to cloud platforms. This role is crucial in designing scalable architectures, ensuring high availability, and integrating cloud-native services to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of applications and databases to cloud platforms.
- Design scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
- Ensure high availability and performance of cloud-based systems.
- Integrate cloud-native services to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud strategies with business objectives.
- Provide practical work knowledge with AWS DMS, Azure DMS, or Google Database Migration Service for cloud transit.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in cloud architecture design and implementation.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with database migration services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in cloud modernization and database management.
