About this role
The team is seeking a Cloud Migration Tech Lead to help customers successfully migrate to the cloud. This role requires expertise in AWS and cloud technologies, managing all technical aspects of the migration process, including planning, deployment, automation, and security. The Tech Lead will ensure that cloud environments are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance throughout the migration journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical aspects of cloud migration projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored cloud solutions.
- Oversee the planning and execution of cloud deployment strategies.
- Implement automation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices during the migration process.
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers post-migration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in AWS and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience in managing cloud migration projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with automation tools and security protocols in cloud environments.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in cloud migration or related fields.
