The team is seeking a Cloud Kitchen Expert to join their founding team on a part-time, equity-only basis. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in the cloud kitchen industry who is passionate about transforming the way food is delivered and consumed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies for cloud kitchen initiatives.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create menus that align with functional nutrition and wellness goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize offerings and improve service delivery.
- Manage logistics and supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote cloud kitchen services and drive customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the cloud kitchen or food service industry.
- Strong understanding of nutrition, wellness, and food production.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Passion for health, fitness, and lifestyle redesign.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the food industry, particularly in cloud kitchens or similar operations.
