About this role
The team is seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer specializing in AWS and Cloudflare. In this role, you will take ownership of networking, cost management, security, and observability across the cloud infrastructure. This position requires a proactive approach where you will design and implement solutions rather than merely consuming existing dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) tailored to project needs.
- Evaluate and manage cost trade-offs between NAT and endpoint solutions.
- Ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain observability tools to monitor cloud performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in AWS services and architecture.
- Experience with Cloudflare and its integration with AWS.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and security protocols.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
