The team is seeking an experienced and data-driven Cloud FinOps Analyst II to spearhead their cloud financial operations and cost optimization strategy. In this role, you will partner with engineering, product, and finance teams to create a culture of financial accountability, ensuring cost transparency, optimized cloud usage, and strategic planning that aligns with the company's fast-paced growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cloud financial management strategies to optimize costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
- Analyze cloud usage data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to cloud expenditures.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a cloud environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
