About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer / Cloud-Native Software Developer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves designing and implementing scalable GCP platforms, reusable infrastructure modules, integration patterns, and operational data hubs. You will work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Data Scientists to enable effective cloud-native application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable GCP platforms.
- Develop reusable infrastructure modules and integration patterns.
- Create operational data hubs to support data workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable cloud-native application development.
- Ensure automation and security best practices are integrated into cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with cloud platform engineering and API development.
- Proficiency in automation tools and cloud-native application development.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with data engineering and analytics processes.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering or software development.
