The team is seeking a skilled Cloud Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to join their International Business Division. This position offers a unique opportunity to delve into the Jewelry & WEFA sectors while providing critical support for mission-critical infrastructures related to Retail-POS-IBD team and backend operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services.
- Ensure customers can effectively utilize OCI services to meet their operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OCI.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on OCI best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest OCI features and enhancements to provide informed recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and related services.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in cloud consulting or technical support roles.
