CISO (Chief Information Security Officer)

The team is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive information security strategy. This top-level executive will be responsible for protecting company data, safeguarding sensitive information, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an organization-wide information security strategy.
• Lead the security team in identifying and mitigating risks to the organization’s information assets.
• Collaborate with IT departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all technology solutions.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements regarding information security.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on information security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior information security role, ideally as a CISO or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of information security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience with risk management and incident response.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and tools (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
