About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Chief Manager - SAP FICO to support the integration and enhancement of their SAP ERP systems. This role is critical as SAP ERP remains central to their operations, alongside other integrated applications like Hyperion for Business Consolidation and PF Applications for various business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP FICO module implementation and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Corporate Finance, Business Finance, SCM, Marketing, GBSS, Procurement, and HR to identify requirements and deliver solutions.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors and partners to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Analyze and optimize existing SAP processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team on SAP FICO functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, with a strong understanding of finance and controlling processes.
- Familiarity with Hyperion and its integration with SAP systems is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant SAP certifications are preferred.
Experience: 8-10 years in SAP FICO roles, with a focus on integration and enhancements.
