Chief Information Security Officer

The team is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead their information security initiatives. The CISO will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization's comprehensive information security strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, ISO 27001, and other applicable security standards.
• Define, update, and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Design, implement, and continuously monitor security controls within AWS environments.
• Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure security measures are integrated into all systems and processes.
• Lead incident response efforts and manage security incidents effectively.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats and trends to proactively address potential risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in information security management and strategy development.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations, including IRDAI and ISO 27001.
• Expertise in cloud security, particularly within AWS environments.
• Experience with threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as CISO, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.

Experience:

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
