About this role
Our client is looking for skilled Bot Developers with expertise in WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord API to join the Tendem project. In this role, you will be responsible for building conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations for real-world applications. Your bot engineering expertise and conversational design skills will be essential in delivering reliable and useful bots that provide an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement chatbots for various messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the quality and performance of the bots through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Continuously improve the user experience by analyzing user feedback and bot performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in chatbot development and messaging platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing chatbots using WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord API.
- Strong understanding of conversational design principles and user experience best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment processes for chatbots.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience: 3-5 years in chatbot development or related fields.
