About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Chatbot Architect with expertise in .Net/C# and the MS BOT Framework. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and testing chat conversation scripts, flows, and user journeys based on various bot personas. You will develop mock-ups, flows, and quick prototypes to enhance user interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable chatbot solutions leveraging LUIS and Azure cognitive services.
- Build and manage LUIS apps (models) to ensure optimal functionality.
- Deliver cognitive capabilities within the conversational interface to address and augment business challenges using advanced AI technology frameworks.
- Optimize the performance of chatbots to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in .Net/C# and the Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Proficiency in LUIS and Azure cognitive services.
- Experience in designing user journeys and conversation flows for chatbots.
- Familiarity with AI technology frameworks and their application in conversational interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in chatbot development and architecture.
