About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and scale robust backend systems. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of backend systems using Python.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Python programming and frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
- Proficiency in database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
