About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications and BI solutions, ensuring that data-driven decisions can be made effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Maintain and improve data warehouses and analytics platforms, including OLAP cubes or tabular models.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and perform ad-hoc data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights based on data analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in BI development and data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
