About this role
The team is seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Engineer to join their Business Intelligence team. This role partners closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to build and maintain the data infrastructure, pipelines, and reporting layer that power financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data pipelines using Snowflake and Fivetran to ensure efficient data ingestion and transformation.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize key business metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with Finance and other departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all data systems and reporting processes.
- Optimize existing data processes and recommend improvements for data architecture.
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Snowflake, Fivetran, and Tableau.
- Strong experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL and data querying languages.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
