The team is seeking a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to serve as a trusted security advisor to various lines of business. The BISO will play a critical role in understanding security risks and technologies, effectively communicating these to business units. This position requires collaboration with multiple services and platforms to address risk and advise business leaders, ensuring that security considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a security advisor to business units, providing guidance on security risks and best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders to integrate security into business strategies and operations.
- Assess and communicate potential security risks associated with business decisions and initiatives.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures tailored to specific business needs.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in information security, risk management, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making.
