Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and architect software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Implement best practices in software development and ensure high-quality code.
- Work with database technologies to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in database technologies and software development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and solution architecture.
