The team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Systems Engineer to join their team. This role is pivotal in the expansion of their Digital Product to Europe and involves stakeholder reporting in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of online products, ensuring seamless coordination with the Product Manager in the EU and effective collaboration with business users and stakeholders in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain online products to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager in Europe to align on product features and enhancements.
- Work closely with business users in Europe to gather requirements and provide support.
- Facilitate stakeholder reporting in the US, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Analyze system performance and suggest improvements based on user feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Engineer, preferably in a digital product environment.
- Strong understanding of online product development and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly with international stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems engineering.
