About this role
The team is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in Information Technology to join their team in Noida, Sector 62. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing new features and functionalities as part of strategic initiatives while ensuring successful adoption in production environments. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including business and IT partners, particularly in the lending domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate, monitor, and review the end-to-end implementation plan to ensure stable and timely closure of planned events and tasks.
- Enable and support the introduction of new features and functionalities.
- Understand, design, and review business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Conduct impact analysis and facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the lending domain.
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and project management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
